Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') governs the relationship between the Administration of the Mists of Magic server (hereinafter referred to as the 'Administration') and the user (hereinafter referred to as the 'Player').

By registering an account on the website or logging into the game, the Player confirms their full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

• The Mists of Magic server is a free (Free-to-Play) introductory resource.
• The Administration provides the Player with free access to the gameplay 'As Is', without any guarantees of stability or uninterrupted operation.
• The Administration reserves the right to change this Agreement and Server Rules at any time without prior notice to Players.

2. Property Rights

• All accounts, characters, in-game items, currency, and achievements are the intellectual property of the project Administration.
• The Player is granted only temporary usage rights to the above objects within the gameplay.
• Any sale, purchase, or exchange of accounts, characters, and game assets for real money (RMT) is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban of all involved accounts.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Administration

• The Administration commits to making reasonable efforts to maintain the server's operation.
• The Administration has the right to restrict (block) the Player's access to the server for violating the Game Rules, insulting the administration, using third-party software, or bug abuse.
• The Administration is not responsible for lost game assets due to account hacking, server crashes, or database rollbacks.
• The Administration does not restore deleted characters or accidentally destroyed (sold to NPC) items.

4. Player Obligations

• The Player is obliged to safely store their account details (login and password) and not transfer them to third parties.
• The Player is obliged to treat other project participants and the Administration with respect.
• The Player is obliged to immediately report all found errors (bugs, dupes) to the Administration and not use them for personal gain.

5. Donations

All financial contributions to the project are governed by a separate document — Refund Policy. Any transfer of funds is a gratuitous gift to the project.
